What are your office hours?

Our office hours are 8:00 A.M. - 5:30 P.M. Monday through Friday, and 9:00 A.M. - 12:00 P.M. on Saturday.

Does Gorrell's sell parts?

Yes, we sell parts. However, warranty coverage is only provided if Gorrell's Computer Services installs the part for you.

Can you check my warranty using the serial number?

Yes, but we can only offer this service for Epson and Hewlett Packard (HP) systems.

What are your service rates?
  • In-shop (workstations, notebooks, printers): $95.00/hour
  • In-shop (servers, data recovery): $110.00/hour
  • On-site: $135.00/hour (includes one-way travel)
  • Remote support: $120.00/hour (30-minute minimum)
What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, checks, and VISA/MasterCard for amounts under $300. For purchases over $300, we also accept VISA/MasterCard with a small additional processing fee.

Do you offer remote support?

Yes, we provide secure remote assistance for most issues on Windows systems. Please contact us to schedule a remote session. Our remote labor is billed in 15 minute increments at $120/hr.

How long does an average repair take?

Most in-shop repairs are completed within 24 hours, depending on part availability and complexity of the issue.

Do you provide business IT support?

Yes! We offer managed IT services, network support, cybersecurity, cloud backup, and on-site service for businesses of all sizes.

Do you offer pickup or delivery service?

Yes, we offer local pickup and delivery for an additional fee. Call us at (859) 299-8468 to request a pickup.

Do you work with Apple or Mac devices?

Yes, we provide software support for Apple devices. For hardware repairs, we recommend visiting your nearest Apple store.

Are your technicians certified?

Yes. All of our technicians are A+ Certified and have a minimum of 10 years of experience in computer service and support.
